‘Deep Connection & Rest - Winter Solstice Retreat’
Time: 12:30 - 6:00
Join in a nourishing and heart centred and restful mini retreat. Gather with a group of women and be guided through a variety of practices of deep connection to self and deep rest through gentle and nourishing yoga, meditation, self massage, sound healing, yoga nidra, contemplation and creativity.
With all activities tailored to bring harmony into the systems of your being and invite deep rest; to reset and renew your spirit as you move through the Winter Solstice.
We’ll connect, move, contemplate, play and leave deeply nourished.
Limited to 12 women.

Join artist, wellbeing facilitator and trained sommelier, Ann Marie Grace, in a HeART-Full Pairing - a masterful twist on the paint & sip concept - merging an exploration in the world of fine wine, wellbeing and artistic expression.
In this truly unique masterclass, Ann Marie will inspire you & guide you through both an educational wine tasting and a creative wellbeing session that will have you re-connecting to your heart and unleashing your inner artist.
