Could the way you breathe be your key to vitality?

It certainly was for me.

In 2008, I was first introduced to the power of the breath - while skydiving.

I watched with bemusement as a friend turned panic into calm with a simple shift in her breath, as we approached our imminent 15,000 ft leap of faith.

My path has been a winding road, filled with explorations and self-discovery. Throughout my life, I have been driven by a desire to understand what makes me, me, and what makes you, you. This curiosity led me to delve into various frameworks such as Myers Briggs, astrology, and human design - and of course yoga, meditation, psychology and neuroscience. In the launch of my first podcast episode, I take you along my journey.

In the rush of daily life, it's easy to lose touch with how we're truly feeling—physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. But when we pause and take the time to connect with ourselves, we gain valuable insights into what we need to feel balanced, fulfilled, and aligned. That’s why I encourage everyone in my community to conduct a baseline review of their well-being. It’s a moment to step back, reflect, and set the foundation for meaningful growth.

Starting your day feeling calm, centered, and ready to take on whatever comes your way is easier than you think. It all starts with intention… and if you can’t create time for a lengthy morning meditation, I recommend starting your day with this simple, transformative practice to come from a grounded and aligned place to have have an inspired and productive day.

Tony Robbins swears by priming. He incorporates it into his personal daily routine and teaches it during his seminars, events, and programs, emphasizing priming as a way to intentionally create a peak state—mentally, emotionally, and physically.

If it’s good enough for Tony Robbins, it’s definitely good enough for you and I!

I always encourage my clients to reflect on their unique definition of success. It's so much more than a paycheck or job title.

Success to me is the feeling of alignment with who you truly are and the life you desire to lead.

For some, this may indeed involve financial security, but for others, success might mean creative freedom, strong relationships, personal growth, or a sense of inner peace.

I believe the key to discovering your unique definition of success lies in understanding what truly lights you up and brings you a sense of purpose and satisfaction.

Setting an "Impossible Goal"—aka as the BHAG - Big, Hairy, Audacious Goal - a goal so audacious that it seems almost out of reach—can be a powerful act of self-belief and transformation.

Big dreams require us to stretch our minds and imaginations, develop resilience (Rome wasn’t built overnight), and embrace new mindsets.

We don’t have to know how it’s going to happen, but we have to allow ourselves to imagine the possibilities.
Alternatively, you can set limiting beliefs on yourself. Say it’s not possible… and you’ll be right.
